We want anyone shopping for coverage to be able to use this site, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions. Accessibility is treated as part of the design work, not a later fix.
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That includes readable text contrast, meaningful headings and labels, visible focus states, text alternatives for images, and full keyboard operability of the quote questions.
Some illustrations are decorative and are not described in detail. Third-party content, including forms or widgets hosted by agents and carriers, is outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard. We raise issues with those partners when we find them.
If any part of the site is difficult for you to use, email [email protected] or write to us through the contact page and a person will take your information directly, so you are never blocked from comparing rates.
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. Send it to [email protected]. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
